When will you ship my order?
We appreciate your patience while your order is being prepared. Typical processing time for orders to ship is 1-2 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
All orders over $30 receive free shipping.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary based on your location, but 3-5 business days is standard for items shipping within the United States.
Do you offer customizable cards?
Due to our production methods, no we cannot add to or change any products.
How do you print your items?
We work with a local printer (we absolutely LOVE!) in Phoenix (where we are based) for our products. All of our cards are digitally printed using heavy-weight matte white paper.
Where can I find your cards?
Currently our cards can only be found at race expos across the US and online. Please check back for updates and locations near you.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Unused and unopened items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Items will be refunded once we receive the item. Shipping costs, however, are non-refundable. Items that arrive damaged will be replaced at no cost. Open items cannot be returned.
