The minimum for opening orders is $150, with a minimum of $100 for reorders.

Product minimums:
Greeting Cards must be ordered in quantities of 6 per style (MOQ 6)
Boxed Card Sets require a minimum of 4 per style (MOQ 4)
Stickers must also be ordered in sets of 6 per style. (MOQ 6)

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal via our invoicing system. We offer Net terms to accounts in good standing by request.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and is charged at time of shipment. Fees will be included on final invoice. Orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail. Please contact us to request special shipping or to use your shipping account number.

Please allow 5 - 10 days for your order to ship. Post-show and holiday orders may require additional processing time of 1 - 2 weeks. If you need your order expedited, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Backordered products will be noted at the time of order and/or shipment. All backordered items will ship free of charge as soon as they are available, unless otherwise specified.

All sweaty ponytales products must be sold and displayed in their original package. Do not break up boxed card sets to sell as individual cards. If you sell our products online, you must credit sweaty ponytales™ in the product description.

Partnering with third party online resellers (Amazon, Ebay, Temu, etc.) is not permitted.

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Any cancellations after 24 hours will incur a 10% restocking fee. 

All sales are final and cannot be exchanged once products have shipped. We accept returns or exchanges for damaged products only. Claims must be made within 5 business days of receipt of product. Returns on unsold seasonal merchandise are not accepted.
