When will you ship my order?
We appreciate your patience while your order is being prepared. Typical processing time for orders to ship is 2-3 business days. Wholesale orders ship within 3-5 days.

Delivery times vary based on delivery location, but 3-5 business days is standard for items shipping within the United States.
Do you offer customizable cards?
Our ready-to-ship products can't be customized due to our production methods. However, we do offer customization for wholesale orders! Wholesale customer? Get in touch to discuss options.
How do you print your items?
We work with a printer located in Columbia, Maryland, for the production of our products. All of our cards are digitally printed using heavyweight matte white paper.
Where can I find your cards?
Currently our cards can be found at running retailers across the U.S., at race expos, and online. If your store would like to be listed, please let us know!
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Unused and unopened items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Items will be refunded once we receive them. Shipping costs, however, are non-refundable. Items that arrive damaged will be replaced at no cost. Opened items cannot be returned.
